Squatters Turn Their Attention to Commercial Properties
England 14/09/2013 – Now that squatting in residential properties is a criminal offense, commercial property owners are reporting more incidents in their premises. In September 2012, the UK government changed the law so that people who were caught squatting in residential properties could be arrested and prosecuted. UK Law Firms Optimistic About the Future

Competition for hospitality jobs reaches new heights
The latest Hospitality Employment Index report from Caterer.com and People 1st shows that whilst the number of UK hospitality jobs has remained stable over the last year, the number of applications has leapt by 17% with more than 1,000,000 over the quarter. All areas of the country saw an increase in applications ranging from 35% in London and 43% in the North West, to huge increases of 71% in Scotland and 114% in Wales.
